Shipping Policy
1. Scope of Application
These Shipping Regulations apply to all merchandise sales and distribution services conducted through our platform. We reserve the right to adjust shipping policies without prior notice.
2. Order Confirmation
- After the customer submits an order, we will confirm the order status within 1-2 business days.
- In case of out-of-stock items or special circumstances, we will mark reminders on our website at https://vocore.io or contact the customer via email.
3. Delivery Methods
- Carrier Shipping by Airline: 1~2 weeks, good for US/EU, postal delivery, low customs duty/VAT
- Shipping by Express: 3~5 days, DHL, high cost customs duty and remote areas
4. Shipping Fees
- Order > 60USD, FREE SHIPPING AIRLINE
- Order > 200USD, FREE SHIPPING EXPRESS (main postage only, not include remote area or customs duty)
5. Important Notices
IMPORTANT: Please check the package within 48 hours after delivery and keep the evidence of unboxing, otherwise the carrier insurance will not compensate for the shipping damage.
IMPORTANT: We ship from China and our Post/Express postage rates NOT include VAT, customs duties, or additional shipping charges for remote areas.
DHL shipping to certain countries (US, ES, GR, PT ...) has risk to incur very high customs duty, also customs policies are constantly changing so we can not notify that cost, recommend to use Airline if you never use DHL before.
6. International Delivery
We deliver to multiple countries and regions worldwide. Some areas may not be available for delivery. Specific delivery areas are subject to actual conditions.
7. Tracking Information
After the order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to the customer via email. Customers can check the logistics status through our website or third-party logistics platforms.
8. Inspection Reminder
International shipping is complex. We will test the product multiple times before shipping to ensure everything is in good condition. Therefore, please inspect the product immediately after receipt and before installation.
9. DOA Policy
Please inspect and test the product upon receipt. If there are any issues with the product, claims must be made within two weeks of logistics signing, and the product must be uninstalled and without any human damage. After confirming the problematic part, you can apply for a free replacement of one part. One order only has one DOA entitlement. If the above conditions are not met, replacement parts will be charged.
10. Quality Warranty Policy
Based on the customer's order time, the control board and screen have a one-year warranty (only for quality issues of the screen itself), and replacements after one year will be charged.
