Refund Policy
1. Scope of Application
These Refund Regulations apply to all products purchased through our platform. We are committed to providing fair and transparent refund services to our customers.
2. Refund Principles
- Customers have the right to apply for a refund by emailing sales@vocore.io before shipment.
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment account.
- We will complete the review within 7 business days after receiving the refund application.
3. Return and Refund
If it cannot be remotely confirmed as a quality issue or human damage cannot be ruled out, the product can be returned to us for inspection. Quality issues can be warranty repaired, but the customer needs to pay the shipping cost first (postal only). If confirmed as a quality issue, we will refund the customer's shipping cost.
4. Refund Disputes
If you disagree with the refund result, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the refund notice for negotiation. We reserve the final interpretation rights.
5. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Refund Regulations at any time. The modified policy will take effect from the date of publication on our website.
